About Helene's current work

To walk in nature is forme a form of meditation. In an age defined by constant digital presence and an increasing floe of information, nature becomes a necessary counterbalance - a space for stillness and deeper engagement with the senses. This experience forms the foundation of Helene's practice.

In her paknings, she seeks not to reproduce a specific motif, but to evoke an atmosphere: the shifting light, the quiet tension, the space between forms.
